Today, I premiere the first of the “Whats hot tasting sessions”. Please take a look at the photograph and you’ll see the young bakers (23 year old upwards) with many an exciting sweet surprise… cake pops to cakes in cutting chai glasses. Gaylord restaurant very generously offered their space for our tasting sessions and I spent three hours tasting over three dozen dessert makers creations. We are planning many more such sessions.
